Today i completed the Lanzarote Half marathon ( only the 21km :13.1 mile distance as i have already run 2 full marathons this year and my body can't cope with more !). #running #healthyageing #getiatrics

Yesterday i completed my 21st full #marathon since my first aged59 in 2012. I wasn't fast yesterday but i climbed 4200feet ( 1220metres) over the 26.2mile(42.1km) course. #healthyageing #running #geriatrics

Today atlunchtime i rushed out of the door to go for a running track session - 4 miles at different speeds . I grabbed the nearest vest top and realised i had on my @OrchardOCD . So i am promoting #ocd #research as well as #healthyaging #healthyageing #geriatrics
