The increase even after aca would be over 300 per mo, so she has to drop it. She is the sole caregiver for her mother. Her state will pay 13 an hr for 25 hrs per week (if the program stays). It doesn't pay if her mom lives with her. She rents down the street and has to be available 24/7.
