I find this translation hard to believe. Would any minister in govt openly say such deplorable, malicious things? Is this really what's she's saying?

As you've experienced and shared with us, FOI needs a drastic overhaul to be fixed rather than government seeking to make it even worse.
The people running it also need to be reviewed and possibly removed.
