I sometimes face extreme blocks in writing my essay because I start to think I’m not skilled enough to sufficiently make the argument and I won’t do the topic justice.
Then I remember there are people who think ChatGPT can write good essays for them so I’m gonna be just fine.

A common thread uniting the Gamers and the shitty romantasy fandom is this drive to be told that the media they engage with as a consumer is art but without the hard work involved in engaging with critique and serious thought about it. They want the status but not the part where they have to think.

I don't care if a non-disabled person accesses a disability accommodation for the same reason I don't care if a child whose parents are rich gets free lunch at school. We don't need to means test being a kind person. I have better things to do with my time than be a cop over social services.

My games professor said that “crunch exists not because of bad managers, but because the managers are the people most obsessed with game.” I’d posit abusing game developers with a practice that demonstrably leads to worse outcomes shows they are in fact bad managers but hey what do I know
