We picked these from our early season tree last Saturday. My hubby made a delicious apple crisp with those that had more blemishes. Thanks to your post, now I know what I'll snack on tonight. Yum, peanut butter and apples.

I hope your class finds this book as relevant as I do. I still have more to finish, but am up to Washington becoming "pro-smallpox" vaccination. Living through a pandemic helps make this history even more relatable.
