My guess is Chump doesn't need advice on this issue. The King Of Debt would have been happy to have a 50 year mortgage.
If I could borrow at 2-3% for 50 years, I would do it in an instant and invest it over stocks and bonds which historically return 2x to 3x the interest. WS does it every day.
