i wasn’t planning on posting this here cuz it was an experiment, but i kinda like it so:
dumbbell incline chest press, 35x2 pound dumbbells (~16x2 kg). last rep here was really hard but i think it’s time to up the weight.
admittedly not perfect form (downside of having no spotter or mirror) but…

started playing both donkey kong bananza and super mario odyssey for the first time tonight. they feel very similar in format, but the different mechanics separate them well. i’ve just reached sublevel 200 in Bananza, and I’m 16 moons into Sand Kingdom in Odyssey.

started playing clair obscur: expedition 33.
i'm guilty of writing this off initially as, "a big RPG game that has too much to do in it," and perhaps it still is, but i watched a friend play through the game's Prologue and was immediately sold by the emotional depth the story seems to aim for.
