For me: Don't scroll social media & don't put that youtube video or podcast on in the background. It can be hard & I'm bad about it sometimes too, but those constant tiny dopamine hits make it so hard for me to be creative. Become comfortable with stillness, its part of the process

Honestly i can see that, ive been trying for any% deathless which is far far easier and shorter but even that is hard to concentrate on sometimes
