apparently connecting your Foobar2000 player to last.fm is really easy. i did it just now by downloading the component (from here: foobar2000.org/components/v...), applying the installation to my Foobar player, heading to 'Preferences' to authorize my account, and voilà!

tested out the Marshall MS-2 in person - yeah the sound's Not It (kinda crunchy in a super lo-fi manner, but that has its own uses i'm sure). the overdrive is really funny because it really tries but it sounds chunky. BUT it's soft and you won't be a nuisance. AND it's super portable and kinda cute?

it's been 13 years but i'm still thinking of how Masayoshi Minoshima and Tomoyuki Arima designed this record. the track transitions are actually so well done and impactful. both club and rave, along with melancholic thematic sensibilities are weaved into one.

i followed Neil's and Kyle's punctuation style for this, hence the inverted commas for "shadows", and the exclamation marks in the chorus, as seen in the left picture of the folder below. i might have to revise "Hollow", "By The Wayside", "Levelled Out", "Sidelined", and "Beginning of the End" too.
