💯!!! I still mask and have never had COVID nor been sick since I started. My dad died of COVID in 2021, and I know enough people with debilitating long COVID to know I never want to get it. Why would I risk it?

I totally wrote this myself. No, I didn't use AI. What? All those em dashes? I have a special keyboard that has a key for those.

Agreed. Block early and often, especially if their followING count is higher than their followERS count.

If they follow more people than they have "followers", I instantly block. I don't care if they have 50 "followers" and follow 51 people. Block. I don't even look at their profile or posts or anything. *IF* they pass that test, I'll check them out further but I haven't had to do that in a while.

Clarifying amended edit: *compulsory* ranked choice mail-in voting (enforced; with mandatory "none of the above" and write-in options)

Totally agree. Voting needs to be a civic duty, like jury duty, but ensuring protest votes is in the best traditions of American freedom of speech and dissent!

COVID had a case-fatality rate (CFR) of ~1%. The 1918 flu pandemic had a CFR of ~2.5%. So far, H5N1 bird flu has had a CFR of 60%!!!

IF a bird flu pandemic starts, the CFR will likely drop, but it'll likely still be 15%-30%! We're talking HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS dead; black plague levels of deaths.

Can't figure out what your caption is supposed to mean. I get that it's probably a typo, but I can't figure out what you were going for.

Why do these idiots have such a hard-on for Ivermectin?

I'm serious. My company is in Calabasas, and many of our employees live in the area. These people have ridiculous amounts of money. One executive just told me her neighbors lost their house and evacuated to The Beverly Hills Hotel. They booked one of their most expensive suites... FOR THE NEXT YEAR.

Or you know, you could just buy two battery cases, swap them out yourself, and save the counter space for a toaster. Not only is it cheaper, but you can have toast whenever you feel like it.
