A colorwork, handknit hat with a motif of acorns in two shades of green being worn on Deidre’s head. Yarn used: Ula+Lia DK, 100% camel in moss and 85/15 sheep/cashmere in olive Needles: 3.00mm and 2.75mm My gauge runs really, really loose and this yarn plays more like a worsted weight rather than the labeled DK. Regardless, the hat is still nice and soft~

It’s spooky month! To celebrate, I added a patch I’ve been holding onto for 3yrs from @identitypollution.bsky.social onto this thrifted shirt.
The back of a black and olive green checked shirt is being held up on a hanger. At the top is a large sewn patch in the theme of Over the Garden Wall that states “You’ll Join Us Someday” with Enoch’s head in the center. Don’t look too closely if it’s balanced, it’s fine.

That little polwarth spin turned into a Crossfade by A L Leong. It’s my first full project made with my handspun and I’m so glad with how it came out #handspinning #knitting 🧶

Final day: two last minis plied from the spindle.
This was my first serious #TourdeFleece where I wished to spin a tiny bit every day. It was a success!

Days 19 & 20: finished one yarn and continued on another
The newest yarn is 510+40yds of gorgeous polwarth from @valkyriefibers.bsky.social and is immediately being made into something (if u got an idea lmk)

Two finished 2-ply skeins of yarn. A mini of 40yds and a main of 510yds (!!) in a gentle variegation of peach and yellow in polwarth A partially spun bobbin single in grey, green, and silver in Rambouillet fiber It’s being spun very small. It will take forever. But it will be so pretty.

Day 18: began the first braid in my Rambouillet spin. It might take until after #TourdeFleece to get finished, but it’s spinning up so nice~

I always ply up leftover singles into their own mini skein, and this 3yd mini resembles a tiny worm lol
The new polwarth braid from @valkyriefibers.bsky.social is like a cloud, I hope I can keep that loftiness in the yarn.

Plied up one yarn and finished the singles of another.
