you don't know who is using that to potentially groom someone. as a kid on the internet, i was groomed using drawn porn. you don't know what boyfriend is justifying assaulting their partner bc they're into "dark romance"

idk. i've loosened up a LOT on my pov on this - i did a few years ago get really dragged into a lot of anti-kink spaces and had a very black and white view of things for a while that i don't agree with now, and i've been exploring more of my sexuality both in fiction and irl

but the normalization of getting off on r*pe is getting out of hand. it absolutely is a part of r*pe culture. that doesn't mean there aren't healthy ways to interact with it or create it. but even if the primary objective is to get off, i think all media should be treated w care and nuance
