I think slightly before Magfest. The albums "official" release date is a couple days before the act 3 performance so I think they drop the tracks just in time for people to be ready for the show

We really need to bare minimum fire our special teams coach though
Like set aside butker (both his play and that he sucks as a guy) the rest of special teams feels like the least disciplined unit in the league

It's cause streaming services cheap out and use the Japanese subtitles for both sub and dub but that's now how dubs work so the subtitles never line up if you watch dubbed

I’m honestly a little surprised at how many people think Act III is done even though there is at least one missing song, and the Protomen were being coy as hell after the stream. We’re clearly being fucked with, but that’s not registering with folks. Marks! Marks!!

They do keep insisting it's the last song too though so I think 1 of 2 things is happening
1. This really is the end but they want to tease us to break out hope (artistically interesting but I'd have issues with the execution)

And I think "there's a whole other disc" was a ridiculous theory but 5 more tracks I think feels like that is within realm of being realistic without expecting a whole other album
