I don't work in the space anymore from just being consistently damaged by people who said they cared only to stab me because I only said I'd work as a consultant and nothing else.

Yes, I do miss a lot of my old clients, and business partners.

The space can feel 'saturated' since everyone loves to say -

'But there are SOOO many VTubers!!! I don't wanna watch anyone else!!!'

For every 100 'face cam streamer' or 'fleshie' there is 1-3 VTubers.

You are niche. But you need to find your 'X-Factor'.

Let your 'VTuber' be the catalyst.

You do not need a 'company' or an 'agency' to become a big creator.

You only need drive, and purpose. Find what makes YOU special and work on that.

Find the one thing that no one else can do, and make it yours.

But at the end of the day, a company can not survive off of just brand deals / merch. It is not a sustainable model.

I have a good beat on what is a good revenue model, but it would never work in NA. Too much pain from previous MCM and other issues previously, no creator would want to try it again.

Which to me, yes. I am that guy, these cons are not fun for me it's business opportunities for my clients and I will not squander that for them.

I am the voice of interest for my clients, and I will do all I can to get them in touch with the brands they want to work with.
