I came back from a trip to discover I couldn't use this app any more in my home state. I'm only able to post this because I happened to be in Alabama. This law does nothing other than threaten businesses and block 'specific' income types.

Why isn't Facebook down? Or YouTube? Or Twitter?

Unfortunately, Bluesky is unavailable in Mississippi right now, due to a new state law that requires age verification for all users.

While intended for child safety, we think this law poses broader challenges & creates significant barriers that limit free speech & harm smaller platforms like ours.

This was an excellent episode. It was awesome to hear someone with passion not just for their 'day job' but who wanted to find a way, and did, to make a game.
A Broadway musician is creating a Golden Idol-like set in a midwestern community theater staffed with murderous actors and board members. (The music is incredible -- naturally)

I will forever maintain that they should have never revealed this. The collective gasp that would have been had in the theatre would have been immaculate. Not to mention that it reads to me like they don't believe in the project enough to let it stand on its own. Which is concerning.
1 year ago today, Marvel Studios revealed that Robert Downey Jr. will return to the #MCU as Doctor Doom.

if you're a casual gamer and you've never watched a @gamesdonequick.com event. #SGDQ25 is on all week and just by watching you help to support doctors without borders/MSF work towards their mission.

Nintendo should feel ashamed for charging any amount of money for the "switch 2 welcome tour". It'd have been better served as a pack in or simply not existing. The information provided is good, but not worth $10 after more than $500 USD in initial purchase. Do better.

This game has been on my PC since its release. It's an incredible city builder with built in map customization and seemingly constant updates. If when its 'officially' released it doesn't get awards I'll be shocked.

Real civil engineer has some great videos to show what's changed over the years.

Can anyone explain what benefits are going to come for the average person in the workforce when AI is used to the degree that tech companies seem to think it will be? Because so far all it does is make bad proposals that I just throw away due to grammar and false information.

A great hidden gem of a game
SEGA commissioned me to make Billy Hatcher art in 2021 and I got to work with Sonic Team on it so I had to show love to the gang in Rosebuds.

No other newspaper comic would be bold enough to reference a 2003 Gamecube game.

@reckless.bsky.social choosing #F1TV in the annual streaming draft for the verge cast, but NOT mentioning the ability to use multi stream to be able to absorb even more data while watching an already data driven sport does the pick a true disservice.

Genuinely good to hear this from the people who run PoGo but the proof and follow through will be seen in a few months. I hope nothing changes and this was nothing more than a business deal

I heard @davidpierce.xyz talking about bond on the vergecast and wanted to watch a few of the movies as a result. Can someone explain why Amazon, who owns bond fully now, still charges to watch the movies even if you have prime?? Where's the benefit to the consumer at that point?

@solarpunkgame.bsky.social I've been waiting for this game for what feels like forever. The demo has only cemented how much fun it's going to be. Can't wait to be able to fly to other islands and explore the sky.
