I'm so sick of this shit. She should've also been prosecuted for fraud for trying to illegally use power of attorney to steal her ex-husbands house as well as resisting arrest/assault on an peace officer for her actions at MSB when GJPD went to get her iPad.

She was prosecuted by a GOP DA in a county with a 100% GOP County Commission. Her illegal antics cost the taxpayers of Mesa County hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions and the public overwhelmingly supported her prosecution.
