Hello, I like drawing things.
Of all the adverts and demos of AI tech, I have never seen a single one with a use case that actually seemed useful and appealing.

Just read a recipe you dope. Way faster way more reliable.

Like in what world is this ever going to be better than just reading a recipe?

Such absolute losers. There really is no good consumer use cases for this tech other than cheating at homework.

And people think it's the immigrants who are taking food off their table.

If only it was cheaper to make the most VFX heavy films of all time. (That still made unspeakable amounts of money)

I came here to write this comment

I like that idea. I haven't drawn an eldar in forever

I remember when 3dtvs were going to be the norm, when cryptocurrency was going to replace fiat, when NFTs were the next big thing, when the metaverse was inevitable and we'd all better start buying up digital land or get left behind. AI can get in the bin.

This is fantastic! Great job on an absolute dream gig!

Also high five for the auto moderation bot as it definitely seems to work!

You'd never fit a Bruce Wayne mask over the bat ears

Plus your hair would be all weird, and you'd have a line on your cheek where it was pressing into the mask. And probably start getting acne from sleeping in a sweaty rubber cowl.

This is fantastic, just absolutely wild.

Spectacularly shit journalism not to call this out as the massive lie it obviously is.

Why are so many members of the police in the US so desperate to brutalise civilians?
June 16, 2025 at 6:13 AM
I assume it's similar to the Google search AI overview problem where it can build out the broad structure of what that information should look like and be presented but can't check whether it is actually true. So it understands the format of a chess move but not whether it is the right move to make
June 11, 2025 at 1:36 PM
This is its real weakness, it has no ability to assess and judge the material it takes in. So it can give you the broad shape of a chess strategy but can't actually assess whether it is good or how it is going.

I still think a lot of the problems with these AI 'assistants' is that tech executives want them to act like their actual PA and respond to vague ideas like book me a contractor or plan me a trip. That's only appealing if (like tech executives) cost and details are irrelevant to you.
