Community drug counselor (LPC). Baseball, Beatles, fountain pens, Mr. Rogers, Wendell Berry, restorative justice, mutual thriving. Opinions my own. Enneagram 9. He/him
Side note: an attempt at artsyness. I like the idea, but not the execution

Album 4: Beatles For Sale. 3.49 out of 5.

All-around solid album but nothing more. Cover-heavy and very American. Ringo was in his wheelhouse with his Carl Perkins cover, but it was the ultimate disrespect to give George his CP cover and only that (that’s why it’s dead-last on the ranking).

Absolutely, in the same way that children will often pick up their parents’ attachment styles

Feed them with something they want or need such as food the ability to be creative or connect with other like-minded individuals), but also be flaky about it. Have control over their ability to do these things and make sure they can know it can be taken away at a moment’s notice if they misbehave.

If you want to cause people to have insecure attachments: make them think they need you (even better if you create an environment that they may genuinely depend on) and paint yourself the hero. Make sure they don’t have ways to rely on anyone else (especially not, God forbid, their own selves).

Album 3: A Hard Day’s Night.
3.36 out of 5.

Probably my first “controversial” take is that I find AHDN good, but nothing special. Plenty of classics, but nothing really sticks out much. Overall improvements in every regard. Very top-heavy, but John just has to be John at the end. Love “If I Fell”

Album 2: With The Beatles.
3.05 out of 5.

The hits were better (including the first 4-star song), but the stinkers were worse than the worst songs of Please Please Me.
Polarizing covers as well.

All My Loving is an all-timer for me.
