It's infuriating, They are just looking to find someone who has been doing the job already that they can slot into it whilst ticking all their boxes. The businesses don't know what they are missing.

I love Shooters but the only MOBA i like is LoL. I just stopped because of Riot Vanguard.
Deadlock has some cool characters and the character mechanics are cool but the moba aspect just doesn't mesh well imo.
