Why do they use differing models w/ their IGC vs in-game? Like the custom faces & the 3D assets on their armor just aren't there w/ the in-game model. Are the IGC models not useable in-game I assume?

it's insane to me that they haven't backed down on this yet. they could easily just say "okay well we'll keep restrictions for public neighborhoods but for guild/charter anything goes" and i feel that would be a very fair compromise that would make perfect sense

I'd almost understand, almost (not really), if it was an account wide unlock when buying on one character it's for all of them.
