Yes. "Echolalia" is certainly something I haven't covered in enough detail in the past. But I've always included AAC as language expression in content and case examples. We learn about verbal, written, gestured (including signed) and tactile forms of language expression. All are language

Some importance here in emphasising phonology as the overlap between speech and language. I noted on clinic that the differences between phonological and articulatory difficulties are not always well understood

Such interesting and valuable work. Do you think that Peters' 'gestalt language production' (she didn't mention processing) is more in line with earlier definitions formulaic language? Which still have shared, social, symbolic meaning
