Twenty locations twice a week across the entire State is a recipe for failure to deliver. We don't need to reinvent the wheel, particularly at the expense of Ayotte's bureaucracy. What SNAP recipients need is to be able to use their benefits at the markets that they always patronize.

Who benefits? Insider traders like MTG and other Republican politicians. Hopefully, required financial disclosures will shed some light on this blatant stock manipulation, but then the bigger question will be, who cares?.
