Réduire la place de l'auto en centre urbain pour y ajouter de la verdure et des infras cyclables est une décision porteuse pour une société ; santé des citoyens, beauté environnante qui rend les gens fiers de leur ville, et, point non négligeable dont on ne parlera jamais assez ; la socialisation.
