The US government has allowed Boeing to avoid criminal prosecution by paying $1.1 billion in fines, penalties & compensation. This is a disgrace. Justice is denied to the families & friends of the 346 victims in the crashes.

'The Café.' (c1922) Gustave François Barraud is a neglected, enigmatic Swiss artist of great variety and some brilliance, a fine painter of still lifes, landscapes and portraits. A lifelong friend of Félix Vallotton, Barraud's paintings have a similar sense of concealment.
