Given the lack of due process and general interference and corruption against my candidacy, if I am not on the ballot for the Greens in Burnaby Central on April 28, 2025: one of the largest federal election lawsuits in Canadian history will be launched.

The BurnabyNOW has blocked an op-ed I submitted, twice, sent on March 31st at 9PM, nine days ago. My legal counsel will also be looking into whether Lara Graham, Regional Publisher at the BurnabyNOW and Glacier Media, has ties to the Federal NDP and or its leader Jagmeet Singh.

Also, Elections Canada HQ has an employee called Zainab Alsahiliy, who ran for Ottawa City Council in 2022, who interfered in my candidacy. Pending review, my legal counsel will look into if Mrs. Alsahiliy has connections to the Federal NDP and/or its leader Jagmeet Singh.

In short, the Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer of Elections Canada in Burnaby Central have forged and tampered with official government documents to disqualify me. Due diligence and process were not followed, and the RCMP was used unlawfully to cover fraud.
