Committed to tracking my time allocation this year. Here are the top tasks I worked on, and how they map with overworking (>8hrs logged in a single day). The tenure track is rough, for sure, but I am also definitely taking advantage of the flexibility (middle of the week no-work days).

HR100 stats are a bit better, but only a bit - as a first year entrant with no finishes, that's a 1.3% chance for me. Similar to my chances at WSER on my third year!

It's lottery day for both WSER and HR100. Year 3 for me for WSER and 1st year for HR100. These WSER lottery stats are crazy! Looks like a 1.7% chance for me on that one
