Thanks Alex! Your work sounds interesting too. I am currently looking a bit at Reform as well, both in terms of renewables projects and local jobs, as well as flood risk and obstructing flood adaptation. Would be good to chat more some time, or read your piece when it's finished.

We cannot reach climate targets and a fossil-free world without addressing production of fossil fuels. Oil, gas, and coal needs to be kept in the ground. Colombia is leading the way to even imagining what that looks like as a political and economic process.
