5/5 There are ways to have online CSAM removed! Most people, like me until yesterday, think it's impossible to get content removed. It's not a 100% guarantee, but websites are legally required to remove CSAM after being notified. NCMEC (www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/c...) can help!

3/5 Make sure your kids know that they can talk to you about difficult situations. If your kids are afraid to talk to you when they make mistakes, they're going to hide things from you, which will just make the situation worse.

2/5 Online exploitation can happen to anyone. Emerging technology means that people can create convincing fake explicit materials. So, even if your kid would never share nudes, they could still be targeted.

When I'm super disciplined about my schedule, I can make it work. I set three weekly goals with three related daily goals, then hold time on my calendar for those tasks. As part of that system, I hold at least 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon to answer emails.
