This study shows that DA-Raf localizes to the plasma membrane, binds preferentially to phosphatidylserine and active Ras via its Ras-binding and cysteine-rich domains (RBD/CRD), and thereby inhibits Raf activation and the Ras-ERK pathway. www.life-science-alliance.org/content/8/12...
