As a lifelong horror enthusiast who has played almost every important horror game, Total Chaos is soooooooooooooooo good. I have enjoyed every minute I’ve played of it. On chapter 3 right now and I’m already thinking about a second playthrough and hoping the game doesn’t end too soon. 😍

Batman Arkham Knight was so ahead of its time. In my playthrough, I am just slowing down near the docks looking at the skybox and the waves, absolutely unbelievable. Timeless beauty.

I want to consume art for the art, not for something else.
When a piece of art’s main purpose is a vehicle for the maker’s politics, I am out.
I recognize the inherent significance of the ability for it to be included in art, but for it to dominate and lambast the art-aspect is crucially detrimental, ultimately tearing the work apart entirely.

Well after nearly 10 more pages, I am deciding to let this go. The writing is not refined after all, and I feel there is an immaturity in the way it handles its themes. There are better things to spend one’s time on.
Fifty pages into Sybil Baker’s Apparitions. Enjoying it. There is a bit of an unneeded focus on “evil men” and “white male” syndrome that I’m not seeing the relevance of.
