I know a bit about rip currents. They can be deadly. I learned that the hard way. Years ago, I was caught in one, not by choice. That time, it took me by surprise. The worst I’ve faced. Thought I was going to drown. Didn’t know what to do. Can’t even remember how the hell I kept afloat.
