I agree. But, we are deceiving ourselves into believing that any Canadian is screwing up that badly. It starts and continues with Trump himself. Our divisions make us weak. And we (via Ford and Smith etc) are dancing to his tune. That said, it's up to CDN govt. to negotiate. Not Ford.

The Canadian government should be the sole negotiators. That said (much as I dislike Ford), the issue is Trump. He is not negotiating in good faith. And the Reagan foundation.. oh please..

I can't stand Ford. However, the main problem is Trump. He is not and never has "negotiated" in good faith.

Ford is an idiot. However, it's Trump who has killed Canada-US trade.
