So delighted for the team to see this recognition for delivering an internal consultation project to consider team science and research culture. It was a privilege to be a part of the project, work with such talented individuals and - most importantly (for me anyway) - to stop, think and listen.
We were honoured to receive the Research Culture in Research Management award at #ARMA2025 last week for the Institute’s Culture Consultation project to embed team science in our work. Congratulations to all teams recognised by the awards: #ResearchCulture #Advocacy #Innovation‬ #Management

Rachael has such energy! Great to see the impact of her work recognised across maintaining the facility at the cutting edge and innovative research using flow cytometry technologies.
We're celebrating our superwoman of #FlowCytometry today - Head of our Flow Cytometry facility Rachael Walker who was Highly Commended in the Researcher of the Year category at the Cambridge Independent Science and Technology Awards last night!
