Talking to a colleague today. She made a comment that I noticed at the last European conference I went to. Aus & NZ never get a mention despite the same practices as euro/US and having an excellent research community. Seems a bit sad to me…

Peribulbarblock often used compression to aid LA spread. Either a Honan’s ballon or a weight. The weight used to be on a little leaf spring - which has broken so someone has bodged a flexi LMA here instead
