there are a lot of PNG -> SVG converter tools, but they all suck

Adobe, canva, freeconvert, and more have issues with anything that is a little more complex then an icon. Note the squiggly lines 👇

convertio . co was spot on - if you need an SVG conversion, go there 😊

it might seem obvious, it might not, but make sure your checkout flow is seamless

need the user to login first? remember what they were doing and automatically continue it, once they're logged in

new account? same deal, continue automatically after they've registered

this trend definitely has to stop, now.

if not, regular computers are going to cost 2-4x as much soon, all to feed this 🤖 bubble

stop congratulating your users that your app did it's job

i.e. "congrats! I've made your report"

xkcd's video came on our tv during dinner and I almost choked 😂

one of my heroes casually doing 20 seconds on my product

enabling error logging on an existing frontend is going to hurt at first

you'll spend some time filtering out extension issues, anything that's unrelated to your codebase

but the end result of having no errors on your frontend is worth it

You order LEGOs and get sandpaper

Is this a message? 🤔

I will never understand people who send a GDPR template to services instead of just unregistering

I don't run discounts often, but until December 3rd there's 35% off the annual WhatPulse plan and MuteDeck licenses

If you've been meaning to pick up the paid version of either tool I build, this is the best time to do it. 💛

there is no such thing as "under engineered"

it either works or it doesn't

"over engineered" is definitely a thing

I was today years old when I learned you can put the path of a component as the component tag in NuxtJS

<CommonCard> -> common/Card.vue
<CommonHeader> -> common/Header.vue

this is pretty weird; over the last few days @whatpulse.org is getting a bunch of traffic from Singapore for pages that do not exist 🤔

at first I thought it was a scaping/AI service, but it seems they're only going after `/forums/` pages - which don't exist..
