This has personally been such a traumatic week for us. Our dog got very sick, both kidney and liver failing. The pet hospital was able to save her, but we don't know the extent of the damage.

Then I asked for all words with 'm' in them. Gosh.
For clarity, I know chatgpt isn't using "visual information" (whatever you mean by that), but the error is ongoing.
