This verse is so easy to quote and recite but we make it so hard on ourselves to actually live out

When you get to the “promised land” and you’re enjoying all it has to offer don’t forget to give praise and thanks to the Lord.

Last few posts were inspired by Deuteronomy 8.

This is where you can start wandering in a place you were supposed to just pass through.

I can’t forget that my situation is just preparation for where the Lord is taking me.

Don’t build a wall where you were supposed to build a tunnel.

This means whatever trial or hardship I go through is supposed to be temporary. It’s there to grow my faith and obedience so He can take me to the “promised land.”

My lack of faith tells me to focus on the problem and not the one that’s in control of it.

Never. It could be argued that he’s had the single greatest impact on the game.

It’s crazy bro. I was at a lot of his dad’s college games. We definitely getting old. 😂

4. It’s important to tell the next generation how the Lord redeemed you. (This is mentioned multiple time in the chapter)

5. Your blessings didn’t come from you.

6. Fear God. (Not a scared fear. This fear is not wanting to be away from Him.)

7. Don’t test God. He doesn’t change.
