Claremont Loop this am! This 5 mile turned into 6 because $$$. It was going to be $9 to park in the lot! I parked half of a mile away and hoofed it in! Great trail though, and normally I would love to pay the fee to contribute but right now, money is lean!

I turned 50 last year and got serious about my health. I’m down forty pounds and feel younger and happier than I have in 20 years! The big switch was letting go of anything with added sugar. Think ketchup, bbq sauce, even meats with added sugar, it’s everywhere. #wellness #longevity #loseweight

Spent some time cleaning up Savannah Memorial Park today. It is still a mess from the Jan 7 windstorm. I picked up flags, limbs, and a ton of trash. This spot has a lot of really interesting history. It’s a shame it is so neglected.
