Claremont Loop this am! This 5 mile turned into 6 because $$$. It was going to be $9 to park in the lot! I parked half of a mile away and hoofed it in! Great trail though, and normally I would love to pay the fee to contribute but right now, money is lean!

People who are upset that #Republicans are losing their jobs too are missing the big picture! NO ONE should be losing their jobs because of their political beliefs! If you are ok with the DOGE cuts as long as they don’t affect your party then you are by definition a NAZI!

I turned 50 last year and got serious about my health. I’m down forty pounds and feel younger and happier than I have in 20 years! The big switch was letting go of anything with added sugar. Think ketchup, bbq sauce, even meats with added sugar, it’s everywhere. #wellness #longevity #loseweight
