I preserved my citrus and Meyer lemon harvest by making limoncello, salted lemons, candied lemons and limes, dehydrated lemons and limes, and a citrus simple syrup.

I’m wearing mustard color socks in recognition of the long standing annual White Christmas viewing with a group of friends. We sing along, perform along, and hand gesture along with important parts of the movie. Snow, snow, snow, snow!

Preserving my lemon harvest: making limoncello using the grated rinds, juice will be frozen and used for lemon meringue pie and lemon curd.
A bunch are still green - going to let them ripen and may make preserved lemons.

My mild habanero harvest preservation! I added garlic, carrots, and some mild peppers and then did a lacto-fermentation for one month, frequently checking to make sure ph was low. Blended, added some salt and vinegar. Tastes pretty good, not ridiculously hot.

My Hell Strip 5+ years after removing the grass and replacing it with perennials. Lots of plant did not work (droughts, snowpocalypse), but Gopher Plants and Black Dalea don't care what nature throws at them.
