According to a legislator, CVS allegedly utilized patient data to create the false impression that patients were contacting legislators regarding legislation aimed at preventing insurance company PBMs from owning pharmacies. It seems patients were unaware of CVS's use of their data in this manner.

My Dad was getting his cancer pills last year through his hospital pharmacy at no cost and is now being faced with a $2000 per month copay because it moved to Optum specialty pharmacy. It is incredibly upsetting to know he cannot afford the meds his oncologist prescribed.

Mail order pharmacy is NOT a replacement for America's local #pharmacy access. Allowing the insurance company's pharmacy benefit managers to force to their own mail order pharmacies and reimburse competitors below costs to the point of closure is hurting Americans as the stop taking medications.

Would you allow for your child's medications to be placed in this in a flimsy bag? As you open the package of room temperature medications and read the temperature guidelines, there are strict instructions of "Do not freeze." What if you are forced to as the only option of coverage?
