Key remarks relevant to avoid unnecessary confusion in clinical trial settings between any endeavor to explore a 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 compared to the more complex examination of 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 requiring careful research design considerations for (𝒑𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍?) 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
