And at the end I got another robot asking me if I was satisfied (THIS time I had the "press 1 for yes, press 2 for no" option). So I pressed "no" cause I wanted to complain about the chatbot wasting my time.

I once had to call DHL about a package and got the chatbot. It was only there to direct me to the appropriate dept, but it sent me to the wrong one anyway. So I waited 10 min in the queue just so the human at the other end can connect me to the proper dept, which took another 10 min of waiting.

They should start by funding the creation of media in the language they want to protect, or translations of foreign media. The problem with this sales law is that it's ass-backwards, it's pointless to force stores to stock a % of their wares in a language in which the wares doesn't exist.

Fellas we gotta take measures to protect the language that is *checks notes* an official language in more countries than any other language on Earth.
