This was a slow cooked sweet potato mash (savory with onion, garlic, olive oil and seasonings - peels on for nutrition). Spinach w butter & garlic. The (dayum delish) sausage had the string on between links. I bought every ingredient from the neighborhood Feria today.

Less than a month to go! Cars sold. Tickets booked. Pet shipping arranged. Apostilled documents in hand. Down to just figuring out which items of the little we have left that get abandoned in my sister-in-law's garage and what is going with us in a suitcase.

As a former Soldier and Active Duty Army Officer I have some advice.
Hate the hand not the hammer. Hating the hammer will only make it sympathetic to the hand. Showing kindness to the hammer will pay off when the hand seeks to break things it should not. Its made from the same metal as we nails.

l will always remember him with a dip in his lip and Pantera blasting from his headphones.
