I’m putting together a rig for a new idea for a live set. The frustrating part of assembling this rig is the first parts are the non-fun, utility parts like power supplies and duplicate loopers.

Christmas song quandary! Is “Holiday” by Get Up Kids a festive song? “Lucky if we’re speaking on the holidays” sounds like it’s talking about the festive period. But “Holiday, worlds away” sounds like it’s talking about an actual holiday. DISCUSS

A few years ago I set myself a challenge of a no-repeat 24 hour Christmas playlist. I did it! It was awful- no taste level, ended up scraping the barrel with hours of low budget Muzak versions of carols, endless versions of the same few standards with barely any variety between them. Horrible…
