In a surprising twist, I spoke to the presenter today and he showed me the footage. So it does exist but he purchased it from the Russian national archives and is not permitted to screen it in public.

Unfortunately no, but the presenter, who’s a Russian journalist, teased that he has a lead on someone who might have a tape.
