Happy meal prep Sunday: my entry is balsamic glazed meatloaf with Greek yogurt mashed potatoes and green beans. There is also a black bean soup but it’s still in the instant pot and I was hungry, lmao.
At 10:00 there is a pile of mashed potatoes, at 2:00 there is a balsamic glazed mini meatloaf, and at 7:00 is a pile of green beans, on a white plate on a light blue placemat. One bean has escaped containment and is at 4:00.

I organized the cabinet under my sink and I’m so proud. I forgot to take a before photo but if you have or know someone with ADHD you can probably guess. The little white baskets are drawers so you can reach the shit in the back (and maybe I won’t accidentally buy duplicates so much 🤞🏻)

This is the face of a dog who, when he was a puppy, once escaped a crate that was padlocked shut after he learned to open the regular latch. I got home and he greeted me at the door. The lock was still on the crate door, and the door was still closed. His middle name is now Houdini.
