35.1% turnout of registered voters for California regarding Prop 50, and we STILL got 63.8% "Yes" to 36.2% "No" as of 4:20 AM PST (heh).

I visit .gov sites as part of my job, and bouncing to California Dept of Public Health only now noticed this banner where it points out the shutdown is "due to the failures of the President and Congress" as a counter to the Hatch Act violating ones on the US .gov pages.

For those unfamiliar, the only other alternative route from Los Angeles/Orange Counties to Oceanside/San Diego Counties is the I-15 Freeway to the east of the I-5 Freeway, & USMC Camp Pendleton is north of Oceanside. It adds time to the trip. 🙃
