My husband is that man! Well maybe not as old, but he's worked in opticians for over 20yrs & our friends call him "the glasses whisperer" due to his talents. He always carries a teeny screwdriver set with him.

40mins & there are no issues with our bill, no issues with the DD or the account it's coming out from. #virginmedia had just sent me an email saying it had all failed, for an apparent laugh.
