Id much prefer my dogs to socialise with dogs that do growl - much easier for them and me to read them. Unlike the little silent assassins that are "friendly" and have "never done that before" when they bit my dogs ear!

That said he wasn't renewing it, not renegotiating it. Plus again it's reported, but I haven't seen him say he wants to leave anywhere.
